Robert Frederick Smith is the founder of Vista Equity Partners, an investment firm that focuses on enterprise software, data and technology with over $30Bn in equity capital commitments. Mr. Smith serves as the Chairman of Carnegie Hall, founding director and President of the Fund II Foundation, Chairman of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, and Member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School, of which he is a graduate. Mr. Smith received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, which honored his support of the university by naming the Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in 2016.
